摘要
目的比较2种方案治疗癫痫的成本-效果比及安全性。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选择2014年7月至2016年7月接受治疗的癫痫患者60例,按治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组患者给予丙戊酸钠缓释片、奥拉西坦注射液、注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗;对照组患者给予卡马西平片、奥拉西坦注射液、注射用长春西汀治疗。治疗14 d后,观察两组患者的疗效,并运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法计算治疗成本。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90.00%和86.67%,每例平均成本分别为1 580.18元和1 414.88元,成本-效果比分别为17.56和16.32;观察组出现恶心、短暂性脱发各1例,对照组出现白细胞减少、过敏性皮炎各2例,头晕1例。结论对照组用药方案的成本-效果比观察组更佳,但观察组用药方案安全性更高。
Objective To compare the cost - effectiveness and safety of two therapeutic regimens for epilepsy. Methods The retro-spective study method was adopted,60 patients with epilepsy treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected anddivided into the observation group and the control group according to the diftrent therapeutic regimens,30 cases in each group. Theobservation group was treated with Compound Sodium Valproate and Valproic Acid Sustained Release Tablets,Oxiracetam Injection andLigustrazine Hydrochloride for Injection,while the control group was treated with Carbamazepine Tablets, Oxiracetam Injection and Vin-pocetine for Injection. After 14 d of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were observed,and the cost of treatment was cal-culated by the pharmacoeconomics cost- effectiveness analysis method. Results In the observation group and control group,the total ef-fective rates were 90. 00% and 86. 67% ,respectively,the average costs per case were 1 580. 18 Yuan and 1 414.88 Yuan,respective-ly,and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 17.56 and 16.32,respectively. There was 1 case of nausea and 1 case of transient hair lossin the observation group, while 2 cases of leukocyte reduction,2 cases of allergic dermatitis and 1 case of dizziness in the controlgroup. Conclusion The cost- effectiveness of the control group was better than that of the observation group, but the safety of thetherapeutic regimens in the observation group was higher.
