摘要
分析不同精度的污水杂质分离对膜生物反应器(MBR)中污泥性质和微生物种群的影响,测定了不同预处理精度下污泥大颗粒悬浮物(CSS)含量、污泥粒径以及污泥毛细吸水时间等。试验结果表明,污水经过不同精度的筛网分离后,MBR的污泥粒径具有明显差别,污泥的脱水性能得到改善。此外,对不同精度预处理的MBR污泥进行了微生物种群分析,结果表明,污水中杂质被去除的同时,污泥中的微生物种群结构也发生了变化,对污水处理有重要作用的微生物在这一过程得到了富集。
Effects of different pretreatment precision on sludge properties and microbial population in membrane bioreactors (MBRs ) were studied in this paper. The sludge properties, such as coarse suspended sol ids ( CSS) , particle size and capillary suction time (CST) ,were measured. The result showed that sludge particle sizes under different pretreatment precision were obviously dif ferent , and the sludge dewaterability was slightly improved after the impurities separation. Besides, microbial communities in different MBRs with or without pretreatment were analyzed. The result revealed that microbial structures varied with the impurities separation. The predominant microbes involved in the wastewater treatment process were enriched by using micromesh pretreatment.
