摘要
为了解决传统永磁同步电机直接转矩控制技术中电机转矩和磁链脉动大的问题,提出一种基于云模型自整定PI控制的改进型直接转矩控制方法。对于转速环控制提出采用基于云模型的自整定PI调节器,加入定子电阻估计器在线更新定子电阻参数,降低了永磁同步电机的转矩和磁链脉动,增强系统的鲁棒性,提高系统的控制性能,通过仿真验证了基于云模型的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of torque and flux ripple caused by traditional Direct Torque Control(DTC) of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM),this paper presents a new self-tuning PI regulator based on the Cloud model. This new PI regulator operating in speed loop worked with stator resistance estimator could update parameters. The new principle reduced the torque and flux ripple,enhance the robustness of system and improve the control performance. The simulation results verified the effectivity of the DTC of PMSM based on the Cloud model.
