摘要 提出一种自锁模块化风力检测试验平台和方法,通过自锁功能将试验平台固定在待测设备轨道上以作为风载模拟装置的支承,采用液压加载方式模拟各类风载,通过测量所得的港口设备产生位移的风载模拟器输出力,即可得到港口设备抗风防滑能力。试验结果表明:该方法能够模拟并预测港口轨行式设备在不同风力下的防风性能,且该装置采用模块化设计,拆装方便,便于在现场对不同设备进行检测。 A testing platlorm and method ofself-locking modular wind detectionis proposed. The wind-proof and anti-slip capability of port equipment can be got by this method,which fixes the testing platform on the rail of the equipment to be tested though self-locking function as the support of the wind load simulator,simulates various "wind loads by hydraulic loading and measures output forceofthe wind load simulator when the port equipment generates displacement. The results are found thatthe method can simulate and predict the wind-proof performance of port rail-mounted equipment under different wind forces and this device disassembles easily because of modular design,which facilitates the detection of different equipment on site.
