摘要
数控龙门镗铣床是一种大型精密设备,具有精度高,综合经济效益高等优点。对地基基础要求极高,需严格控制有害的振动及过大的倾斜和变形。结合实际工程对POWERTEC 9000 AG-S20数控龙门镗铣床设备基础进行有限元分析计算,并对倾斜率及变形进行探讨。
CNC gantry boring and milling machine is a large-scale precision equipment, with high precision, high comprehensive economic ad-vantages. Very high requirements on the foundation, the need to strictly control the harmful vibration and excessive inclination and deformation. Combined with the actual project, the foundation of POWERTEC 9000 AG-S20 CNC boring and milling machine is calculated by finite element method, and the inclination and deformation are discussed.
