摘要
轮缘推进是将电机集成于推进器,推进器置于船尾推动船舶航行的一种新型推进技术。轮缘推进器由于没有传统推进轴系系统,故具有安装方便、噪声小、效率高等特点。国外已将该技术运用到实际船舶中,而国内尚处在总体设计、水动力性能、集成电机等方面的初步研究阶段。为了进一步促进轮缘推进器性能研究的发展,本文提出一种轮缘推进器模型试验装置,根据实验室拖车系统自身特点,完成了该试验装置的总体设计、推进器模型设计、测试方法等方面的研究工作,为轮缘推进技术研究提供试验条件保障。
Rim-driven propulsion is a new type of propulsion technology that integrates the motor into the propeller and the propeller is placed at the stern for ship sailing. Since no conventional propeller shafting system, it has easy installation,low noise, high efficiency. Foreign countries have the technology to practical use in the ship, and the domestic is still in the overall design, hydrodynamic performance, integrated motor and other aspects of the initial research stage. In order to further promote the development of rim-driven propeller performance research, a model test device for rim driven propulsor is proposed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the laboratory trailer system, the whole design of the test device,the design of the propeller model, the test method and so on have been finished, which provide the test condition guarantee for the research of the rim driven propulsion technology.
