摘要
为了解决灯检法所存在的操作繁琐,准确率低下的问题,文中提出并开发了基于机器视觉的液体药物检测系统,其通过对旋转的药瓶进行拍照成像,并通过数字图像处理技术对药瓶图像进行处理,利用图像识别技术对图像进行分析,从而得出药液是否存在异物。与传统检测方法相比,该方法操作简单,通过机器自动化检测,大幅提高了工作效率。同时,依赖人工智能算法对药物进行检测,使得检测结果正确率大大提高,避免了人体直接接触药物的可能性,且杜绝了药物的二次污染。
In order to solve the problem of cumbersome and low accuracy of the light inspection method,this paper presents and develops a liquid drug detection system based on machine vision, which takes thecamera by rotating the camera, and through the digital image processing technology Vial imageprocessing, the use of image recognition technology for image analysis, to find out whether there isforeign body liquid. Compared with the traditional detection method, the method is simple to operate,and it can greatly improve the working efficiency through the automatic detection of the machine.
