摘要 基于保护作业场所的工作人员和促进生产发展的目的,本文根据现有的工厂、矿井和矿山等作业场所的抽尘管道特点,提出了一种非常实用的管道内沉积粉尘厚度检测方法。通过对该项检测技术基本原理的分析,针对抽尘管道的结构设计了一种通用的检测机构,然后完成了检测电路和功能电路,最后结合该项检测技术对抽尘管道的沉积粉尘厚度进行了一个月的长时间实验。得出了该项检测技术适用于作业场所的抽尘管道沉积粉尘厚度检测的结论,其精度高达0.1 mm,重复性优于5‰。 Based on the purpose of protecting the workplace and promoting the development of theproduction site, this paper presents a very practical technique for the detection of dust thickness in thepipeline according to the characteristics of the dust collection pipes in the existing factories, mines andmines. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of the detection technology, a general inspectionmechanism is designed for the structure of the dust pipe. Then, the detection circuit and the functionalcircuit are completed. Finally, the thickness of the dust a month long experiment is done. The conclusionis that the detection technology is suitable for the detection of dust thickness of dust pipeline in theworkplace. The precision is as high as 0.1mm and the repeatability is better than 5 %0.
