摘要
设计了基于LPC4375嵌入式纤维织物在线检测系统,系统采用电光法检测织物纬斜参数,红外测温法检测织物表面温度,同时实现了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II的移植、精简TCP/IP协议栈LwIP的移植,相比于现有的检测设备,系统实现了与嵌入式技术的有机融合,提高了检测的精度和实时性,提升了纺织机械的数字化、智能化、网络化水平。
This paper designs an embedded fiber fabric online inspection system based on LPC4375. The system uses the electro-optical method to detect the weft parameters of the fabric and infrared temperature measurement method detects the surface temperature of the fabric. Meanwhile, it realizes the transplantation of the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II and TCP/IP protocol stack LwIP transplantation. Compared to the existing detection equipment, the system achieve the organic integration of Textile equipment and embedded technology. As a result, the system improves the detection accuracy and real-time and enhance digital, intelligent,network Level of the textile machinery.
