摘要
创新创业教育是被联合国称为与学术教育、职业教育具有同等重要地位的教育界"第三本护照"。培养具有创新创业素质的"时代新人"是新时代高校坚持立德树人根本任务和"以学生为中心"办学理念的具体实践,是造就堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人的迫切需要。文章结合太原理工大学实践探索,观照解析了"生涯导航"这一高校创新创业教育体系的主要内涵和本质特征,提出通过优化顶层设计以完善激励保障机制、科学构建课程以改革人才培养模式、搭建有效平台以提供个性化定制等措施,构建高校杰出人才培养体系。
The innovation and entrepreneurship education is termed by the United Nations as ＂ the third passport＂,which has an important position equal to academic education and vocational education. To cultivate people of the new era with innovative and entrepreneurial quality is the basic task of enhancing morality and fostering talents and the concrete practice of the student-centered management philosophy in universities in the new era,as well as the necessary requirement of economic globalization and the pressing need to construct an innovative country. This paper,combined with research and practice,systematically analyzes and studies the innovation and entrepreneurship education system under the concept of career navigation. To realize the optimization model of talent training and enhance the connotation of development,we propose to optimize top-level design,construct scientific courses,build an effective platform and improve the incentive and guarantee mechanisms and so on.
