摘要
介绍了拓扑优化和尺寸优化的特点,给出了飞机结构优化设计的方法和流程。选取民机吊挂典型连接结构为研究案例,建立了相应的有限元模型及优化模型,采用拓扑优化与尺寸二级优化的方法,完成了典型结构在多种民机载荷工况下的结构优化设计分析,优化结构达到了预期的目标,通过分析,阐明了该优化设计方法的可行性。
This paper introduces the features of topology optimization and dimension optimization,and also illustrates the methods and procedures of optimization design of the aircraft structures.Take a typical connection structure for example,finite element model and optimization model are built up.Combined application of two-levels optimization techniques of topology optimization and dimension optimization is shown by specific parts of aircraft with multi-load cases.Optimization results satisfy the predicted target.The feasibility of this method is indicated by analysis.
