摘要
本文介绍一种经济实用的应用微机控制新技术对旧工业设备进行技术改造的微机控制电焊条自动配粉系统。阐明了其总体方案、特点和系统控制原理,并介绍了通道接口技术、控制软件的总体结构,以及为提高系统工作的可靠性所采取的技术措施。
This paper introduces a new microcmputer control technique which is applied practically to innovate old automatic making up powder system of welding electrode. The general plan distinguishing feature and prin-ciple of the control system are expounded. The channel interface tech-nigue and the structure of control software are proposed. The paper also presents some technical measures for improving the reliablity of the reliability of the microcomputer control system.
