摘要
基于煤化工废催化剂中重金属和有机物等有毒成分对环境的危害,对其进行无害化处理处置显得尤为重要。介绍煤化工废催化剂的组成及分类,阐述了废催化剂的危害,从填埋、再生、金属回收等方面剖析了普通固废催化剂的处理,并结合非普通固废催化剂的处理及残渣的性质对液化残渣目前主要的利用方式进行分析,提出了对煤化工废催化剂进行综合利用管理的相应建议。
Heavy metals,organic pollutants and other toxic ingredients in coal chemical waste catalyst will cause harm to the environment,the harmless disposal is particularly important.In this research,the composition and classification of coal chemical waste catalyst were introduced.The harm of waste catalyst is expounded.From the landfill,recycling,metal recovery and other aspects,analyzed the general treatment of waste catalyst.Combined with the analysis of the properties of direct coal liquefied residue and non ordinary waste catalyst,pointed out the main way of using direct coal liquefied residue,the concrete suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of waste catalyst in coal chemical industry were put forward.
