摘要
目的探寻糖尿病合并脑梗死患者最佳的治疗方案,以胰岛素强化治疗为例。方法该次所选研究对象均为该院2014年1月—2017年1月收治的糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者,共120例,随机将其分为两组,其中对照组60例,观察组60例,分别接受皮下注射胰岛素治疗和胰岛素泵强化治疗方式。结果通过不同临床治疗方案治疗后,观察组血糖改善情况、临床总有效率优于对照组,且低血糖发生率、胰岛素用量和血糖恢复正常时间更低(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素强化治疗方法适用于糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者,应尝试运用于临床实践中。
Objective To study the best treatment plan of diabetes with cesarean section by taking the insulin intensive treatment as an example. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetes and cerebral infraction in our hospital from January2014 o January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, respectively treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin and insulin pumping intensive therapy. Results After treatment, the blood glucose improvement and total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of hypoglycemia, insulin dosage and time of blood glucose returning to normal were lower（P0.05）.Conclusion The insulin intensive treatment method is suitable for the patients with diabetes combined with acute cerebral infraction, and it should be used in practice.
