摘要
针对基于性能退化数据评估火工品可靠性的方法中,破坏性测量所需样本量较大的问题,提出了电火工品的破坏性测量与非破坏性测量相结合的方法。分析得到了火工品的性能退化服从Wiener过程,并建立相应的退化失效模型,给出参数的估计方法。实例分析得到火工品的可靠性及剩余寿命估计,与仅依靠破坏性测量评估相比,该方法扩大了火工品性能退化数据量,寿命评估的准确性更高。
The initiating explosive device reliability assessment based on performance degradation data, which required a large sample size for destructive measurement, and only used as a key performance value as the failure criterion of failure problem. This paper proposed the initiating explosive device destructive measurement combined with non-destructive measurement. Then we analyzed the explosive perform- ance degradation with Wiener process, which establish the binary Wiener process degradation failure model and give the parameter estima- tion method. Through the example of prediction and evaluation, the results show that the proposed method is more reliable and universal with single performance degradation data.
