摘要
采用大田持续水分胁迫处理,探讨干旱对野生豆科牧草生长发育和抗旱生理机制的影响.结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下3种野生豆科牧草株高均显著降低,地上和地下生物量较对照显著下降(P<0.05);白花草木樨在干旱胁迫下根冠比显著高于对照(P<0.05);黄花苜蓿和沙打旺叶片中可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸显著上升(P<0.05);白花草木樨叶片中游离脯氨酸含量无显著性变化,可溶性糖含量上升;SOD和POD两种保护酶活性均较对照增强,且达到显著水平(P<0.05).
The effects of drought on growth development and physiological mechanism of drought resistance of 3 wild leguminous forages,Melilotusalbus,Astragalusadsurgens and Lespedeza hedysaroides were determined. Under the conditions of drought stress,the plant heights significantly decreased,and the aboveand below ground yields decreased significantly compared with the controls(P0.05); under drought stress,the root shoot ratio of Melilotusalbus was significantly higher than that of the control(P0.05); there was a significant increase in soluble sugar and free proline in the leaves of Astragalusadsurgens and Lespedeza hedysaroides(P0.05); there was no significant change in the leaf proline content in Melilotusalbus,but soluble sugar content increased significantly. The activities of SOD and POD,two protective enzymes,were significantly enhanced.
