摘要
目的通过比较不同环境下以不同配药方式进行静脉输液用药配制,比较配成药液中不溶性颗粒物的数量,探讨配置过程中的影响因素,及有效控制不溶性颗粒物的途径。方法采用微粒分析仪对静配中心Ⅰ类环境及普通治疗室非洁净环境下,采用传统手工配药和超净加药机配药,配成药液中不溶颗粒物检测并分析结果。结果在静配环境下,采用传统手工方法,配成药液中1~5μm小微粒明显少于普通环境,而超净配药机在不同环境下均呈现显著优势。结论在不同环境下超净配药机加药方式对配成药液中不溶微粒的控制均呈现出显著的优势。
Objective By comparing the result of insoluble particles in liquid in different environment,different configuration methods of intravenous infusion medicine,to discuss the influencing factors,and find ways control to insoluble particles.Methods Particle analyzer was used to detect insoluble particles in liquid prepared in class I environment of intravenous infusion prepare center and unclean environment of common treatment room,and traditional manual method or ultraclean dispensing machine prepared. Results When prople used the traditional manual method in PIVAS,the number of 1-5 um particles in configured liquid is significantly less than in normal environment,ultraclean dispensing machine had significant advantages in different environment. Conclusions In different environments,the ultraclean dispensing machine showes remarkable advantages in the control of the insoluble particles in the dispensing solution.
