摘要
随着房地产行业的飞速发展,售楼中心的建设理念也在快速更新,当代建筑学关于售楼中心场地规划和建筑设计逐渐生发出新的设计尝试。天津中加生态示范区展示中心设计实践,以场地为切入点,从场地规划、建筑形式、空间形态和材料语言等方面对建筑设计理念进行阐释,以期在日后类似功能的项目创作时采用一种新的设计方式。
With the rapid development of the real estate industry, the construction concept of reception center is also quickly updated. Contemporary architecture gradually reveals new designs and attempts in the site planning and design of reception center. For example, the exhibition and reception center of Tianjin Sino-Canadian ecological demonstration zone takes the site as the starting point, and elucidates the architectural design concept from the aspects of site planning, architectural principle, space form and material language. This practice will hopefully be established as an independent design method for future architectural design in similar reception center projects.
