新疆五彩湾工业园区长距离带式输送机中在冬季寒冷地区出现的胶带冻粘现象,胶带上的粘煤较硬,原有皮带清扫器已经无法将粘煤清理干净,通过对防冻粘喷洒技术进行分析论证,通过新疆汉泰能源有限公司在长距离带式输送机中引入防冻粘喷洒技术的实际案例分析。
This article analyzes the belt conveyor adhesion caused by cold weather in Xinjiang Wucaiwan Industry Park. The adhesion of coal on belt conveyor is relatively strong, consequently the original belt cleaner cannot handle it. The article discusses the anti-freezing adhesion spraying technology and its application in the long-distance belt conveyor of Xinjiang Hantai Energy Company.
