摘要
目的通过数据挖掘张英老师治疗消化系统肿瘤方剂,深入了解其治疗消化系统肿瘤用药规律及潜在机制。方法收集2015年9月—2016年8月在广安门医院肿瘤科进修期间张英老师收治的消化系统肿瘤住院病人的有效处方,建立方剂数据库行数据挖掘,对新方行相关网络药理学分析,预测协同化学成分及潜在靶点。结果挖掘新方3首,对最典型1首新方进行中医药基础理论分析及网络药理分析,得到3个可能潜在靶点及6个协同作用于3个靶点的化学成分。结论通过挖掘可见张英老师治疗消化系统肿瘤用药以补虚健脾、消食和胃、理气化痰药为主,得典型新方1首进行网络药理学分析,为总结中医临床经验及探讨其相关潜在机制以完成中医临床转化提供初步的思路。
Objective Through data mining prescriptions of Zhang Ying in treating digestive system tumor to search its mechanism and potential mechanism for the treatment of digestive system tumor. Methods Collecting the effective prescriptions of the digestive system tumor inpatient in the hospital for treating of Zhang Ying from September 2015 to August 2016 in the oncology department of Guang＇anmen hospital,the data mining of prescription database was established,the related network pharmacological analysis of new prescription and predict synergistic chemical constituents and potential targets were analyzed. Results There were mining new prescription 3,for the most typical one basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine analysis and network pharmacological analysis,three possible potential targets and six synergies in the chemical composition of three targets. Conclusion Through excavations,it can be seen that herbs that Zhang Ying use in treating of digestive system tumor to supplement deficiency and strengthening spleen,regulate the stomach and promote digestion,regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm,network pharmacology analysis of a typical new square,TCM clinical experience was summarized and its related potential mechanism was explored to provide a preliminary thought for the completion of TCM clinical transformation.
