摘要
随着国家经济发展,中小企业融资行为空前频繁,市场对快速回报型资本的疯狂追逐下,优质创新企业和项目严重不足的矛盾凸显出来,成为当前中国企业借助创新驱动发展的重要瓶颈,也是推进金融侧供给改革的一大障碍。本文从股权交易市场的＂僵尸企业＂经济现象进行分析并提出对策。
With the development of the national economy,the financing behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises is unprecedented, the market for the rapid return of the mad chase of capital, the contradiction between quality and innovation of enterprises and projects a serious shortage of highlights, has become the Chinese enterprise with the bottleneck of innovation driven development,but also to promote a major obstacle to the reform of financial supply side. This paper analyzes the economic phenomenon of the ＂zombie enterprise＂ in the stock market and puts forward some countermeasures.
