本文以＂广佛同城＂战略为背景,从国际价值链分工的视角出发,以广佛联手落实＂广佛同城＂战略为实例,深入研究国际分工与产业分工的关系,对产业升级和国际分工的内在关系给予理论层次上创新性探讨,深入剖析区域产业参与全球要素配置问题,探索广佛联手参与国际价值链分工、合作及竞争路径,为广佛经济产业结构转型升级提供合理政策建议。
