Research Progression of miRNA to Participant in the Development of Lung Cancer

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类可在转录后水平下调靶基因表达的非编码小RNA。近些年的研究表明,miRNA的表达异常与肺癌细胞的增殖、凋亡,侵袭转移及耐药性等密切相关。通过调控相应靶基因的表达和多种信号通路,miRNA参与了肺癌的发生发展。miRNA在肺癌细胞中不仅可以作为抑癌基因,也可以作为癌基因而发挥作用,这取决于miRNA的类型。同一miRNA在不同肿瘤细胞内的功能也不尽相同,肿瘤微环境的不同对其功能也有一定影响。探讨了miRNA作为肺癌的诊断标志物和治疗靶点的可能性。 MiRNA is a class of non-coding small RNAs that can negatively regulate target mRNAs at post-transcriptional level. Recent studies have found that the abnormal expression of miRNA is closely related to proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis, and drug resistance of various tumor cells. MiRNA can play a role not only as a tumor suppressor gene but also as a cancer gene in lung cancer cells, depending on the type ofmiRNA. The same miRNA has different functions in different tumor cells, and different tumor microenvironment has some influence on its function. The possibility ofmiRNA as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for lung cancer were discussed.
