摘要
腹膜透析（PD）作为终末期肾功能衰竭（ESRF）的重要替代治疗手段,具有蓄积毒素清除效率较高,心血管稳定性强,操作技术简便等优点,但许多维持性腹膜透析患者因出现腹膜超滤衰竭（UFF）,最终退出治疗。对于维持性腹膜透析超滤衰竭的有效防治已成为亟待解决的临床现实问题。导师杨洪涛教授长期致力于以慢性肾脏疾病及其替代治疗相关中医临床诊疗与基础研究工作,对维持性腹膜透析并发症的中医药防治颇有心得,并逐步形成＂益肾祛瘀法防治腹膜透析超滤衰竭＂的学术思想,为中医肾病学在肾脏替代治疗领域学术地位的进一步巩固与提高提供了新的诊疗思路,亦为中医肾病学在该领域提供了新的应用与研究空间。作者作为杨洪涛教授的博士研究生,在＂益肾祛瘀法＂的临床应用与基础研究过程中颇受启发,撰文报告,以飨同道。
Peritoneal dialysis（PD）,as an important replacement treatment for end-stage renal failure（ESRF）,has the advantages of high clearance of toxins,strong cardiovascular stability and easy operation. Many patients have persistent peritoneal dialysis abandon treatment because of ultrafiltration failure（UFF）. For the maintenance of peritoneal dialysis,the effective prevention and treatment of UFF has become an urgent clinical problem to be solved. Professor YANG Hongtao has worked on chronic kidney disease and its replacement therapy is related to clinical diagnosis and treatment and basic research in long-term and has gradually formed the academic thought of prevention peritoneal dialysis UFF by benefiting kidney and resolving blood stasis TCM treatment. This is a new way of diagnosis and treatment for improving the academic status of TCM nephrology in the field of renal replacement therapy. It also provides a new application and research space for TCM nephrology in this field. The author has maked a progress on benefiting kidney and resolving blood stasis TCM treatment and introduced as follows.
