摘要
目的:评价头孢曲松与氨苄西林对新生儿B族链球菌(GBS)所致化脓性脑膜炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2014年8月—2017年8月间收治的GBS感染所致化脓性脑膜炎新生儿92例资料,根据入院顺序将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组46例;对照组患儿单用氨苄西林治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上加用头孢曲松治疗;比较两组患儿治疗后体温、脑脊液、颅内高压等各症状体征的复常时间和脑脊液中白细胞计数、蛋白定量和葡萄糖等指标测得值的差异,以及治疗后6月内并发症发生率的差异。结果:观察组患儿治疗后体温、脑脊液、颅内高压等各症状体征的复常时间均早于对照组(P<0.05),而脑脊液中白细胞计数、蛋白定量和葡萄糖等指标的测得值亦均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后6月内并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用头孢曲松与氨苄西林联用治疗GBS感染所致化脓性脑膜炎患儿能有效改善患儿的临床症状、体征及脑脊液各指标水平,安全性高。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftriaxone sodium combined with ampicillin in the nerborns with purulent meningitis infected by group B Streptococcus. Methods： From August 2014 to August 2017, 92 cases of nerborns with purulent meningitis infected by group B Streptococcus were selected as the research objects, and then they were divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases in each group; the control group were treated with ampicillin, and the observation group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium and ampicillin; the time of the symp- toms being restored to normal, the relative tests in ~erebrospinal fluid, and the complications within 6 months after treat- ment were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment, the time of the symptoms （including body tem- perature, cerebrospinal fluid and intracranial hypertension） being restored to normal in the observation group was short- er than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）; the levels of white blood cell, protein quantitation and glucose in cerebrospi- nal fluid of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈 0.05）; the incidence rate of the compli- cations in the observation group within 6 months after treatment were lower （P〈 0,05）. Conclusion： the symptoms of nerborns with purulent meningitis infected by Group B Streptococcus were significantly improved, and the complicat- ing diseases were decreased.
