摘要
【目的】分析在线论坛的信息讨论主题,探讨投稿者的投稿需求和投稿行为。【方法】抓取在线论坛中对期刊投稿的信息问答和讨论帖,利用文本分析方法提取讨论主题,帮助期刊编辑部了解投稿者的信息需求。【结果】投稿者主要关注投稿方式、审稿流程、审稿结果、出版费用、期刊评价及投稿体验等信息,其中审稿流程、投稿咨询和经验分享是讨论数量最多的话题类型,投稿者在论坛中的信息交流和讨论明确表达出了他们的投稿信息需求和影响投稿意愿的部分因素。【结论】期刊编辑部应充分利用社交媒体工具促进编辑和投稿者之间的信息沟通。
[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the information topics in online forums,and discuss the requirements and behavior of contribution for authors. [Methods] We captured the discussion posts from online forums,and extracted the discussion topics about contributions with text analysis methods to help editors acquire the information needs of contributors. [Findings] The contributors mainly focus on the information,such as submission way,review process,final decision,publication fee,journal evaluation,and contribution experience. The most discussed types of topics are review process,contribution consultation,and experience sharing. The information exchange and discussion of contributors in the online forums have clearly expressed their information needs and factors affecting the willingness to contribute. [Conclusions] Journal editors should make full use of social media tools to promote the information exchange with contributors.
