摘要
胶囊内镜作为一种无创、便捷的诊断方式,在胃肠疾病中的应用已得到业界的一致认可。目前胶囊内镜主要包括:胶囊食管镜、胶囊胃镜、胶囊小肠镜及胶囊结肠镜,真正做到了全胃肠道覆盖,给胃肠道疾病的诊疗尤其是小肠疾病的诊断带来了革命性突破。文章结合目前主流的几种胶囊内镜形式,回顾胶囊内镜的研发及应用历史,从临床需求出发,展望胶囊内镜的未来发展方向。
Capsule endoscopy is a well-recognized non-invasive tool in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal （GI） diseases. Capsule endoscopy currently includes esophageal capsule endoscopy magnetically controlhd gastric capsule endoscopy, small bowel capsule endoscopy and colon capsule endoscopy, which means a complete coverage of GI tract. It has brought about breakthroughs in diagnosis and treatment of GI diseases especially that of small bowel disease. This review made a summarization concerning the history status and future innovations of capsule endoscopy.
