摘要
目的运用实验室数据建立胃泌素释放肽前体(Pro GRP)的参考区间(RIs),并验证其可行性。方法收集新疆医科大学第一、第三附属医院2015年1月-2016年12月实验室信息管理系统中既往体健的18岁以上体检及门诊就诊者的基本信息及ProGRP项目的检测结果,共16384例;所有ProGRP均采用雅培公司的全自动微粒子发光分析仪检测。依据性别、年龄进行分组,运用不同的统计学方法(Hoffmann法、Tukey法、NLT Hoffmann法、NLT Tukey法、非参数法)拟建立不同性别、年龄ProGRP的RIs,并与目前所运用的RIs进行比较。结果不同性别ProGRP测量值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄与ProGRP测量值呈正相关(r=0.342,P<0.05),可按照年龄进行分组。本研究所建立的RIs为8.53-67.575 pg/ml。结论依据不同的统计学方法,我们建立了本研究的ProGRP的RIs,对未来的实验室研究有一定的参考价值。
Objective To establish and verify the feasibility of reference intervals（RIs） of gastrin-releasing peptide precursor（ProGRP） by laboratory-stored data. Methods The detection results of ProGRP from outpatients and health examinations were collected from the population in the First Hospital and Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016. Simultaneously, the general characteristics of the population were collected using a laboratory information management system. A total of 16384 ProGRP cases were collected. All ProGRP tests were measured using Abbott fully automated microparticle luminescence analyzer. ProGRP RIs of different sexes and ages were established by differentially optimized statistical methods, which included the Hoffmann method, the NLT Hoffmann method（in which the natural logarithm was calculated first and then the Hoffmann method was performed）, the Tukey method, the NLT Tukey method（in which the natural logarithm was calculated first and then the Tukey method was performed）, and the non-parametric method. Results There were no significant differences in the ProGRP results between males and females（P〈0.05）. The measured values of ProGRP at different ages have a significant correlation with ages（r = 0.342, P〈0.05） and therefore could be grouped accordingly. The established RIs of ProGRP in this study was 8.53-67.575 pg/ml. Conclusion Through the different statistical methods, we established the RIs for ProGRP, thus generating a valuable reference for future clinical and laboratory studies.
