摘要
板状或类板状金属结构在各类装备中应用广泛,闭合裂纹作为金属疲劳损伤的早期表现形式之一,一直是工程检测中所面临的难题。该文通过对铝板上的闭合裂纹进行电磁加载,激励闭合裂纹处于波动状态,并通过采集和分析应力波实现对闭合裂纹的检测。论文建立电磁加载下金属闭合裂纹的三维有限元模型,并在裂纹界面引入非线性弹簧模型,计算电磁加载下闭合裂纹区域的电磁场和位移场分布特征,分析不同电磁加载条件下金属闭合裂纹的动态特性,并对该检测方案进行实验,验证激励电流和加载位置等参数对电磁加载效果的影响。实验结果表明,闭合裂纹的存在,使得电磁加载下铝板中应力波的二次谐波成分更强。
Plate or plate-like metal structures have been widely used in all kinds of equipment. The closed crack, as one of the early forms of metal fatigue damage, is the serious problem in engineering testing. In this paper, the closed crack which is in a fluctuating state on the aluminum plate was subjected to electromagnetic loading and the dynamic characteristics of the closed crack were detected by collecting and analyzing the stress waves. A three-dimensional finite element model of metal closed crack under electromagnetic loading was established and a nonlinear spring model was introduced at the interface of the crack. The electromagnetic field and displacement field distribution of the closed crack region under electromagnetic loading were calculated. The dynamic characteristics of the crack under different electromagnetic loading were studied and the influence of the parameters, such as the excitation current and the loading position of electromagnetic loading effect, were analyzed. The experimental results show that the existence of closed crack enhances the second harmonic component of stress wave in the aluminum plate under electromagnetic loading.
