摘要
为了确定钢纤维布缠绕混凝土柱的加固效果,以钢纤维增强聚合物(SFRP)材料和碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)材料分别缠绕的混凝土柱试件为研究对象,利用万能试验机测试其轴向抗压强度、峰值应变与位移延性系数,研究钢纤维布缠绕混凝土柱的力学性能。结果表明:钢纤维布加固效果显著优于碳纤维布,钢纤维布加固素混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土柱可使其抗压强度分别提高89%与44.7%,钢纤维布加固素混凝土柱与钢筋混凝土柱的峰值应变分别提高262%与157%,钢纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱的位移延性系数提高152%。
The concrete column specimens wrapped with steel fiber reinforced polymer (SFRP) and carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) were taken as research objects to study the reinforcement effect of steel fiber fabric. Using universal testing machine to test the axial compressive strength, peak strain and displacement ductility coefficient, the mechanical properties of SFRP wrapped concrete column were studied. The results show that the reinforcement effect of SFRP is significantly better than that of CFRP; the compressive strength of concrete column and steel reinforced concrete column increases by 89% and 44. 7% respectively, and the peak strain increases by 262% and 157%, meanwhile the displacement ductility coefficient of SFRP-wrapped concrete column increases by 152%.
