复合水解酸化-MBBR工艺处理乳品废水的研究

Study on the Dairy Wastewater Treatment by a Combination Hydrolytic Acidification-MBBR Process

摘要 乳品废水具有水量变化大、有机物含量高、可生化性好以及含有大量SS和油类物质的特点。其组成部分主要为糖类、蛋白质、脂肪酸、淀粉等可生物降解的有机污染物。通过常规的生物处理工艺处理的效果不稳定,针对这一问题,研究了强化生物方法处理稳定达标。采取复合水解酸化-MBBR工艺处理乳品废水。水解酸化是利用厌氧过程的前两个阶段兼性酸化细菌把非溶物质水解为溶解性物质,可将废水中的乳糖降解为乳酸,并将部分蛋白质水解。废水通过水解酸化一方面减轻了后续处理的负荷,另一方面使污水中大分子污染物分解为小分子污染物,从而提高废水的可生化性。利用MBBR工艺处理乳品废水的特点是污泥负荷低、有机物去除率高、脱氮效果好、易于维护管理、不易产生污泥膨胀。本实验将两种工艺组合,水解填料选用交叉流球体填料,HRT为10h,曝气量为0.6L/min、硝化液回流比为200%、污泥回流比为150%、进水COD在1500~2500mg/L之间,出水可以达到污水排放一级标准COD≤100mg/L。 The dairy wastewater has the characteristics of high water yield change and organic content,good biodegradability and containing large amount of SS and oil.The main components of the dairy wastewater are mostly biodegradable organic pollutants,such as carbohydrates,proteins,fatty acids and starches,etc.The method of enhanced biological methods for treating dairy wastewater is studied which can meet the standard stably in or-der to deal with the problem of unstable effect of conventional biological treatment process.A combination hydrolytic acidification process is used to treat dairy wastewater.In the first two stages of hydrolytic acidification the facultative acidified bacteria makes the insoluble substances hydrolyze into the soluble ones during the anaerobic process.Thus,the lactose in the wastewater degrades into lactic acid,and this will also make a part of protein hydrolyzed.On the one hand,the wastewater reduces the loads of subsequent treatment by mean of hydrolytic acidification.On the other hand,it makes the macromolecular pollutants in the wastewater decompose into micro-molecular contaminants; thereby the biodegradability of wastewater is improved.Using MBBR process to treat dairy waste water has many good characteristics,such as low sludge loading,high organic matter removal rate,good denitrification effect,easy management and less sludge bulking.This experiment combines the two kinds of process,selects cross flow sphere filler as hydrolytic filler,the HRT is 10 h,the aeration rate is 0.6 L/min,the reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid is 200% and the sludge reflux ratio 150%;When the COD concentration of the influent water is in range of 1500~2500 mg/L,the effluent can meet the discharge standard(COD≤100 mg/L).
