摘要
掘进机作为井下巷道掘进设备,截割刀具是掘进机工作机构的核心部件,其形状、尺寸和截齿的排列方式对掘进机的工作效率和性能有重大影响。通过设计开发一种适应不同截割刀具定位装置的变位机,可以适应不同截齿参数截割刀具的制造。并对整个焊接工艺技术进行了优化设计,可提高截割刀具的焊接质量和生产效率。
As the underground roadway driving equipment, cutting tool is the core component of roadheader working mechanism. Its shape, size and the arrangement of cutting teeth have great influence on the working efficiency and performance of the roadheader. Through the design and development of a modification machine that adapts to different cutting tool positioning devices, it can adapt to the manufacture of cutting tools with different cutting parameters. The whole welding technology was optimized to improve the welding quality and productivity of cutting tools.
