摘要
目的：研究认知行为干预对孕产妇心理状况的影响。方法：选取我院86例孕产妇为研究对象开展前瞻性研究,分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组为常规护理,观察组为认知行为干预。利用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPOS）、状态-特质焦虑量表（STAI）评估两组抑郁、焦虑评分,并进行比较,记录两组分娩方式（顺产、剖宫产）、喂养方式（母乳喂养、人工喂养、混合喂养）与新生儿Apgar评分（≥8分、〈8分）。结果：观察组和对照组不同时间SAI、EPOS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（F=28.107,15.032;P〈0.05）。两两比较显示,出院时、产后1个月观察组SAI、EPOS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组母乳喂养率、顺产率分别为65.12%、74.42%,显著高于对照组34.88%、48.84%（χ^2=8.203,5.950;P〈0.05）。结论：认知行为干预能改善孕产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高母乳喂养率与顺产率,改善分娩结局。
Objective：To study the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on maternal psychological status.Methods：A total of 86 pregnant women were selected as study subjects.A prospective study was conducted.The rats were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All the patients were treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with cognitive behavior.The levels of depression and anxiety were assessed by the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale（EPOS）and the State-Trait Anxiety Scale（STAI）.The two groups were divided into two groups（birth,cesarean section）,and feeding mode（breastfeeding,artificial feeding,mixed feeding）and neonatal apgar score（≥8 points,〈8 points）were recorded.Results：The SAI and EPOS scores were different between the observation group and control group,and the difference were statistical significant（F=28.107,15.032,P〈0.05）.The SAI and EPOS scores in observation group were decreased than that in control group at discharge and 1 moth follow-up（P〈0.05）.The rate of breastfeeding was 65.12% and 74.42%in the observation group,and were significantly higher than those in the control group 34.88%,48.84%（χ^2=8.203,5.950,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cognitive behavior intervention can improve maternal anxiety,depression,improve breastfeeding rate and yield,improve the outcome of delivery.
