模拟海拔2000 m和3000 m高原训练的不同时程对大鼠骨骼肌蛋白质代谢的影响 被引量:32

Effects of Different Duration of Simulated Plateau Training at Elevation of 2000 m. and 3000 m. on Protein Metabolism of Skeletal Muscles in Rats

摘要 用低压氧舱模拟海拔 2 0 0 0m、30 0 0m高原低氧环境对大鼠进行耐力训练 ,探讨不同海拔高原训练 1周及返回平原训练 1~ 2周对大鼠骨骼肌蛋白质代谢及肌糖原和血清睾酮含量的影响。研究发现 :海拔 20 0 0m、30 0 0m高原耐力训练导致大鼠骨骼肌蛋白质分解代谢显著加强 ,肌糖原含量显著提高 ,并有随高度增加而加强的趋势 ,但血清睾酮含量无明显变化 ;返回平原后骨骼肌蛋白质代谢第 1周迅速恢复到正常状态 ,第 2周保持稳定 ,肌糖原含量第 1周下降 ,第 2周显著回升 ,而血清睾酮含量均无明显变化 ;实验支持高原训练的高度应选择在 2 0 0 0m~ 30 0 0m之间、回平原参赛时间应选择在 2周左右的观点。 The low pressure oxygen cabin simulating the low pressure environment of 2000 m. and 3000 m. altitude was used for the rats to have endurance training. Effects of training at different elevation of altitude for 1 week and training at the sea level for 1~2 weeks on protein metabolism, muscle glycogen and serum testosterone contents in skeletal muscles of rats were probed into. It was found that the endurance training at the elevation of 2000 m. and 3000 m. led to the remarkable increase of protein metabolism in skeletal muscles of rats. The glycogen contents increased significantly and they increased with the increase of the elevation. The serum testosterone contents were unchanged. After returning to the plain in the first week the protein metabolism in skeletal muscles of this group of rats quickly recovered to normal and kept steady in the second week. The contents of glycogen declined in the first week and rose remarkably in the second week. Among them those changes in the 2000 m.group were steadier. There was no obvious change in contents of serum testosterone. It was supported in the experiment that in plateau training the altitude should be at the elevation between 2000 m. and 3000 m ., and the date of taking part in competition should be nearly 2 weeks after retuning to the sea level.
