摘要
目的探讨AIRVO 2型呼吸湿化治疗仪应用于ICU气管插管患者拔管后的效果。方法选取重症监护病房(ICU)气管插管拔管后患者72例,随机将其分为两组,每组36例。观察组使用AIRVO 2型呼吸湿化治疗仪,对照组使用鼻导管吸氧。比较两组拔管48 h后的呼吸频率、心率、外周血氧饱和度、氧分压、呛咳发生率、痰痂形成率和拔管成功率。结果观察组氧分压和拔管成功率高于对照组,心率、呛咳发生率和痰痂形成率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血氧饱和度和呼吸频率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ICU气管插管患者拔管后使用AIRVO 2型呼吸湿化治疗仪可提高患者氧分压,降低心率,减少呛咳发生率和痰痂形成率,提高拔管成功率。
Objective To investigate the effects of AIRVO type 2 respiratory humidification therapy instrument on ICU tracheal intubation patients after extubation. Methods A total of 72 ICU tracheal intubation patients after extubation were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given AIRVO type 2 respiratory humidification therapy instrument,while the patients in control group were given nasal tube of oxygen inhalation. The respiratory frequency,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,partial pressure of oxygen（ Pa O2）,rate of choking,formation rate of sputum scab and successful rate of extubation of the patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results The oxygenation index and successful rate of extubation of the patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the heart rate,rate of choking and formation and rate of sputum scab were lower than those in the control group,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the rate of respiratory or oxygen saturation between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions AIRVO type 2 respiratory humidification therapy instrument in the treatment of ICU tracheal intubation patients after extubation can increase the oxygenation index,decrease the heart rate,incidence of choking and formation rate of sputum scab,and improve the successful rate of extubation.
