摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床表现主要包括月经异常、雄激素过多症、胰岛素抵抗和不孕症等。本文根据PCOS患者不同临床表现,简要概述PCOS患者生活方式的调整、口服避孕药和促排卵药物治疗、胰岛素增敏剂以及腹腔镜下卵巢打孔和辅助生殖技术等治疗方案。
The clinical manifestations of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） mainly include menstrual abnormalities, hyperandrogenism, insulin resistance, and infertility. According to the symptomatic characteristics of PCOS patients, this review describes several therapeutic approaches, such as lifestyle adjustment, oral contraceptives and ovulation induction drugs, insulin sensitizer, the laparoscopic assisted ovarian drilling and assisted reproductive technology in PCOS patients.
