摘要
采用硫酸-磷酸混合酸溶解富锂氧化铝,使用火焰原子发射法测定富锂氧化铝中的氧化锂含量。讨论并确立了该方法的最佳实验条件。结果表明,该方法氧化锂的定量限为0.0004%,相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在99%~100%之间。为企业生产管理和现场操作提供依据。该方法正确度高,精密度好,且简单快捷,适于企业快速测定富锂氧化铝中的氧化锂含量。
The lithium - rich alumina was dissolved by mixed acid ( sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid) and the content of lithium oxide in lithium - rich a- lumina was determined by flame atomic emission spectrometry (FAES). The optimum eonditions for the determination are discussed and established. The results showed that the quantification limit of lithium oxide was 0. 0004%, the relative standard deviation was less than 3% and the recovery was between 99% and 100%. The method has the advantages of high accuracy, good precision, simple and quickness, and is suitable for enterprises to quickly determine the lithium oxide content in lithium - rich alumina. It is the basis for production control and field operation.
