摘要
2 1世纪是以知识为主要生产要素的经济时代 ,人力资源质量的高低决定了国家经济发展和综合实力的增强。在知识经济时代里 ,教育投资提高了人力资源的知识资本积累 ,健康投资则提高人力资本投资收益率 ,同时对生产力的快速发展具有重要的作用。因此 ,在知识经济时代里 ,在加强教育投资的同时 。
The twenty-one century is the age of the knowledge economy which depend knowledge on main factors of production. The quality of the human resources decide the economic development of nation and enhance of synthesize actual strengthen. In the age of knowledge economy, the education investment raise the accumulation of knowledge capital of the human resources, the health investment raise investment income of the human capital. At the same time, The health investment play the important role in the fast development of productive forces. Therefore, in the age of the knowledge economy, it should not only enhance the education investment but also it can't ignore the health investment.
