摘要
高层建筑具有土地和空间利率高及功能多样化特点,近年来以高层为主的城市新增建筑越来越多,但高层建筑往往人员密集、火灾荷载大、人员疏散困难,一旦发生火灾,消防救援十分困难,容易造成较大的经济损失及人员伤亡。论文主要对高层建筑火灾特点和发生火灾原因进行了分析,提出了几点消防救援的策略。
