摘要
目的探究振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)对新生儿化脓性脑膜炎早期脑损伤的预测价值。方法选取33例新生儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为研究对象,按照有无早期脑损伤表现分为观察组和对照组。对两组新生儿均使用美国CareFusion Nicolet-one脑电图仪进行连续检测,比较两组aEEG的特点与差异。结果观察组患儿的aEEG连续性(Co)、睡眠觉醒周期(Cy)、下边界振幅值(LB)均值均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论可以根据振幅整合脑电图出现的异常情况,对新生儿化脓性脑膜炎是否存在脑损伤进行预测,具有极大的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of amplitude-integrated electroencephalography (aEEG) for early brain injury of neonatal purulent meningitis.Methods Thirty-three neonates with early brain injury of purulent meningitis were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to expressed signs of early brain injury or not. Newborns in the two groups were continuously detected by the American CareFusion Nicolet-one electroencephalograph. The characteristics and differences of aEEG in the two groups were compared.Results Th average of continuity (Co), mean sleep-waking cycle (Cy), mean value of amplitude low-boundary (LB) in observation group were lower than those in control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions It is available to predict whether newborn with purulent meningitis is complicated by brain injury or not by aEEG which has great clinical applicability.
