摘要
2017年,国际油价总体震荡走高,油气市场供需重现平衡。全球油气勘探开发活动回暖,油气储产量保持稳定。新格局下主要产油国积极调整油气管理政策。我国原油产量小幅下降,天然气产量快速增长。原油、天然气进口增长较快,油气资源勘探开发改革有序推进。预计2018年国际原油价格上行,油气需求仍将表现强劲。我国油气生产基本稳定,天然气消费持续增长。
In 2017 ,the global oil price fluctuated higher and the supply and demand in the oil and gas market achieved rebalance. Global oil and gas exploration and exploitation rebounded while reserves and output remained stable. Maior oil producing countries actively adjusted their oil and gas administration policies. China＇s crude oil output declined slightly, while natural gas output increased rapidly. Crude oil and natural gas imports grew rapidly, with development and reform of oil and gas resources exploration and exploitation proceeding in order. It is estimated that the international crude oil price will rise in 2018, and the demand for oil and gas will still be strong. China＇s oil and gas production will be basically stable,and natural gas consumption will continue to grow.
