摘要
受诸多不确定性因素的影响,丘陵山区半刚性基层沥青路面易出现开裂、承载能力不足的实际问题。本文基于工程实践,对改进型半刚性基层沥青路面的设计参数进行了研究,发现当级配碎石过渡层的压实度不低于98%时,在下面层与基层之间增设级配碎石过渡层可以起到很好的裂缝阻断效果;同时,按照本文中提出的集料及沥青混合料配比进行SMA-13面层的施工,其施工质量控制难度低,路面结构性能较好。
The semi - rigid asphalt pavement in the hilly mountainous is easy to occurred practical problems of cracking and insufficientcarrying capacity by m a n y uncertain factors. Based on the practical construction,Design parameters of improved structureof semi - rigid base asphalt pavement in the hilly mountains are studied. When the transition layer of graded gravel is not less than 98%, the study found thatThe transition layer of the added macadam can provide a good crack blocking effect before the following layer and the base. Meanwhile, Construction of SMA - 13 surface layer have been proceed according to the ratio of aggregate and asphalt mixture, Itsconstruction quality control difficulty is low,the pavement structure performance is better.
