摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在异位妊娠患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的100例接受保守治疗的异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的状态-特质焦虑量表评分,比较干预后两组患者状态焦虑评分、护理满意度及保守治疗成功率。结果对照组脱落8例,实验组脱落2例,实验组保守成功率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前状态-特质焦虑量表评分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后实验组患者状态焦虑评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可明显改善异位妊娠患者焦虑状态,提高患者护理满意度,提高保守治疗成功率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated with conservative treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group with 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The state-trait anxiety inventory scale scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention,and the status anxiety inventory scores,nursing satisfaction and conservative treatment success rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results A total of 8 cases were removed from the control group and 2 from the experimental group,the conservative success rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The state-trait anxiety inventory scale scores of two groups before treatment were higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and there was no statistical difference between groups（P〉0.05）.The state anxiety inventory score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the anxiety status of ectopic pregnancy patients,improve nursing satisfaction and the success rate of conservative treatment,it is worthy of clinical application.
