摘要
目的:探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品治疗重度急性有机磷中毒的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2017年1月郑州市第六人民医院收治的重度急性有机磷中毒患者62例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组患者给予阿托品治疗,观察组患者给予盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品治疗。观察两组患者胆碱酯酶(CHE)活力恢复时间、症状消失时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者CHE活力恢复时间、症状消失时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为25.81%(8/31),明显低于对照组的61.29%(19/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚联合阿托品治疗重度急性有机磷中毒的疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,缩短康复时间,减少不良反应。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with atropine in treatment of severe acute organophosphorus poisoning. METHODS: 62 patients with severe acute organophosphorus poisoning admitted into Zhengzhou the Sixth People's Hospital from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 31 cases in each. The control group was treated with atropine,while the observation group was given penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with atropine. The recovery time of activity of cholinesterase( CHE),disappearance time of symptoms,hospital stays and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment,the recovery time of activity of CHE,disappearance time of symptoms,hospital stays of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05); the incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 25. 81%( 8/31),which was significantly lower than that of the control group( 61. 29%,19/31),with statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with atropine in treatment of severe acute organophosphorus poisoning is remarkable,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms,shorten recovery time and reduce adverse drug reactions.
