摘要
本综述拟从构建阿尔茨海默病的实验动物模型为出发点,查阅大量的中外文献,查找有关阿尔茨海默病实验动物模型的转基因构建方法,旨在为更好地探索和研究阿尔茨海默病的发病机制及其病理变化提供基础。通过研究发现,有关阿尔茨海默病的动物实验模型包括转基因动物造模、模拟病理学改变造模、胆碱能损伤造模等,但从现有的研究来看,转基因动物造模方法是被认为是比较认可的方法之一,主要在于其构建阿尔茨海默病病理特征明显,靶向性作用较强,但由于其造模价格昂贵,实验动物的抗病能力较差,因此在对于开展大标本量的实验研究方面有较大的缺陷。由此可见,无论科学实验研究选择哪种方式进行阿尔茨海默病的动物建模模型,在其存在有利一面的同时,也存在一定的不足。
This study is aim to explore the potential role of Alzheimer's disease in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease and the possible mechanisms of Alzheimer's disease in animal models of Alzheimer's disease. The pathogenesis and pathological changes laid the foundation. It is found that animal models of Alzheimer's disease include modeling of transgenic animals, modeling of pathological changes, and modeling of cholinergic injury. However, from the existing research, transgenic animal modeling methods are considered to be one of the more recognized method, mainly because of its pathological features of Alzheimer's disease is obvious, targeting the role of strong, but because of its high modeling costs, animal disease resistance is poor, There is a big flaw in carrying out the ex- perimental study of large sample size. Thus, regardless of the scientific experimental study of which way to choose the animal model of Alzheimer's disease, while there is a favorable side, there are also some shortcomings.
