摘要
技术风险认知是人们对相关技术风险信息的处理过程,其很大程度上取决于人们对技术风险的心理因素。以往的研究中学者们认为人们使用技术是权衡利弊之后自愿接受技术所带来的风险的,然而事实上人们虽然接受了技术,却没有从心理上认同技术所带来的风险,因此在心理和行为上产生了鸿沟,这种情况的出现是因为技术风险认知主体的心理是复杂的,难以从单一方面来解决问题。研究技术风险认知的主体心理既要从心理角度把握其心理构成要素和风险判断机制;又要考虑技术的复杂性和技术环境的变化。只有在多种因素的综合考量下才能正确分析技术主体的风险心理。
Technology risk perception is the process of dealing with the relevant technology risk information, which depends largely on the psychological factors of the technical risk. In the past, scholars believe that people use technology and accept the risks brought by technology voluntarily after weighing the pros and cons of technology, in fact, although people accept the technology, they do not accept the psychological identity of the risks associated with technology, so there comes a gap between psychological and behavior, this situation arises because the psychology of the cognitive subject of technical risk is complex, it is difficuh to solve the problem in a single way. It is necessary to consider the psychological factors and the mechanism of risk judgment from the psychological point of view.＂ The complexity of the technology and the change of the technological environment are also taken into account. Only in the comprehensive consideration of various factors can we correctly analyze the risk psychology of technical subjects.
