自由呼吸与屏气弥散加权成像在腹部实性脏器运用的差异分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较自由呼吸(FB)与屏气(BH)弥散加权成像(DWI)在腹部实性脏器运用中的差异。方法纳入128名接受腹部MRI检查的患者,均接受FB--DWI和BH-DWI序列扫描,测定正常腹部实性脏器(肝脏、胰腺、脾脏和肾脏)的表观扩散系数(ADC)和信噪比(SNR)值。结果腹部实性脏器的ADC值在FB--DWI和BH-DWI序列之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其SNR在两序列之间差异具有统计学意义,且FB-DWI比BH-DWI序列的SNR高(P<0.001)。结论 FB-DWI不仅对腹部实性脏器ADC值的测量无影响,而且能降低图像噪声并能提高信噪比,可在临床推广应用。 Objective To compare free-breathing (FB) and breath-hold (BH) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) technologies for solid organs in the abdomen. Methods 128 patients underwent FB-DWI and BH-DWI examinations were enrolled. The apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of normal abdominal parenehymal organs (liver, pancreas, spleen, and renal) and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) values in the same patients were measured. Results No statistically significant differences were identified in ADC values of the abdominal organs between FB-DWI and BH-DWI (P〉0.05). However, there were statistically significant differences between SNR values of the organs on FB-DWI and BH-DWI sequences,and SNRs were found to be better on FB-DWI than BH-DWI sequences (P〈0. 001). Conclusion FH-DWI not only has no influence on the ADC values measurements of abdominal parenchymal organs, but reduces image noise and in- creases SNR. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
