失功能高密度脂蛋白结构改变及功能变化 被引量:8

摘要 研究发现功能性高密度脂蛋白(HDL)主要具有胆固醇逆转运(RCT)、抗炎、抗氧化、抗血栓、促纤溶以及改善内皮细胞功能等生物学活性,而当机体处于急性反应阶段、慢性炎症及一些代谢性疾病时,其内环境紊乱,HDL被病理性修饰,导致失去了原有的功能,甚至表现出相反的作用,加速了动脉粥样硬化(AS)的进展以及心血管急性事件的发生率,以往人们只单纯的认为HDL失去功能是由于其"量"发生了变化,而近些年,研究者通过不断深入、细致的研究,发现HDL失去其功能不但是"量"的变化,更主要的是HDL的"质"发生了改变。中医认为血脂异常患者多由脾虚导致,脾虚运化失常,日久在体内易于形成痰浊,临床对于这类患者可以应用健脾化痰降浊之法来改善血脂异常的问题。 The study has found that the function of high density lipoprotein( HDL) can reverse cholesterol transport( RCT),anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti thrombosis,fibrinolysis and improve endothelial cell function and biological activity,and when the body is in the acute phase,chronic inflammation and some metabolic diseases or disorders of the environment,HDL can be pathologically modified resulting in the loss of the original function,and even showing the opposite effect,accelerated atherosclerosis( AS) and the progress of acute cardiovascular events. In the past,people only think HDL loss of function is due to its quantity has changed. But in recent years,in-depth research and detailed study has found that HDL losing its function is not only due to the quantity change,but more important is the change of quality of HDL. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the patients with dyslipidemia are mostly caused by spleen deficiency,and the spleen deficiency is abnormal. It is easy to form phlegm in the body in a long time. For those patients,we can apply the method of invigorating the spleen,reducing phlegm and turbidity to improve the problem of dyslipidemia.
