摘要
文章从查阅、分析心脾两虚型不寐病舌象的相关资料入手,结合对临床典型病例舌象的观察、分析与研究,探讨心脾两虚型不寐病临床常见的舌象特征。认为淡嫩舌、胖嫩舌(包括淡胖嫩舌、胖嫩红舌、胖嫩瘀斑舌),可兼有齿痕、裂纹是其常见的舌象表现;其中,心脾阳虚证可兼见白滑苔,心脾气阴两虚证可兼见剥苔、少苔或无苔。这对临床从舌辨治心脾两虚型不寐病具有重要指导价值。
To discuss the features of clinical common tongue manifestation of insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency in this paper, correlative literature on it were looked up and analyzed, and the typical clinical cases were observed, analyzed, and studied. The common tongue manifestations of insomnia were that, such as pale and tender tongue, bulgy and tender tongue （including pale bulgy and tender tongue, red bulgy and tender tongue, bulgy and tender tongue with ecchymoses）, and teeth-marked, fissured could also be seen. In addition, white and slippery fur can be seen in insomnia due to heart-spleen yang deficiency, and eroded fur, less fur or no fur could be seen in insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency of both qi and yin. This has important guiding value for treating insomnia due to heart-spleen deficiency based on tongue manifestation.
