摘要
鉴于目前正处于"互联网+"与全球一体化经济时代,管理学科学生所具备的能力与企业发展需求不匹配,同时,诸多大学生对大学生活没有做出合理的规划,在探索大学与社会的过程中浪费了许多时间,增加了时间成本。针对以上问题,本文提出的解决方案以供参考,帮助完善大学生活的职业生涯和就业指导,为学生扩大接触社会的平台,拓宽了解企业目前招聘要求的渠道,提高本科生的就业率和就业层次。本文首先分析了管理类学生的基本特点和大学生活,找出目前学生在生涯规划中存在的问题和疑惑,提出三种解决方案。
In view of the current ＂Internet ＋＂ and global economic integration era, the ability of students in management sub- jects does not match the needs of business development. At the same time, many college students do not make reasonable plans for university life and explore the process of universities and society. A lot of time was wasted and time costs increased. In re- sponse to the above problems, the solutions proposed in this paper are for reference to help improve the career and career guid- ance of university life, expand the platform for students to reach out to society, broaden the channels for understanding the cur- rent recruitment requirements of enterprises, and increase the employment rate and employment level of undergraduates. This article first analyzes the basic characteristics of the management students and college life, find out the current students in the career planning problems and doubts, put forward three solutions.
